For Cleaning:
Dispense foam on aligner, and gently brush with toothbrush. Rinse it with flowing water, then keep it dry and put it away for next use.
For Whitening:
Apply foam on toothbrush, brush like normal daily or spread the foam evenly to cover your tray, wear and spit out excess foam. Foam will dissipate. Suggestedto use 1-2 time per day.
